My family and I have been renting from RentEasy now for almost a year and coming from other rental companies, landlords and property managers, I cannot complain about this company at all. After finding out we needed an AC replacement on Monday, within two days we had AC units in our home—not only one, but three—until the insurance company is able to fix it. They really take care of you, and for them it's all about making sure that the tenants are taken care of and happy. I recommend this company 100%! Thank you so much, Jessica and Alex. This was my first time working with a property management company when renting my home and my experience with RentEasy has been nothing less than exceptional. My house needed extensive work before being placed on the market. RentEasy helped to make that process a smooth and efficient one. This included working with their contractors to get work done at reasonable prices versus me doing all of the contracting work myself. The marketing process went smooth as well and thanks to their efforts, we found a qualified tenant quickly.
RentEasy has been excellent from the very beginning. I have been taken care of. I had questions about the application process and was expecting an email with a response but ended up having a phone call—that was very unexpected. Every time I've needed something fixed or replaced, they have been on it, and everyone has been extremely nice and even afterwards have checked to make sure that everything is still working perfectly.

What I love most about RentEasy is how they leverage technology to efficiently manage rental properties. Just about anything you need to do as a property owner can be accomplished via email, website, or mobile app. Alex and the team are also very easy to work with and highly responsive to requests from either tenants or the owner. If I'm fortunate enough to acquire additional properties in the future, I won't hesitate to continue returning to RentEasy for my property management needs.

I have rented the same condo from RentEasy for the last 2-1/2 years. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. If I ever needed anything, all I had to do was post the request on my tenant portal and I would get a response within 24 hours if not sooner. Getting repairs done was never an issue. Nice people to work with and a nice house. Sometimes maintenance requests are slow to get a response and other times it's next day. Overall no issues with them and they are understanding people that do actually listen and not just some company that's there on paper. We feel like Mr. Alex cares about his clients and will help with any needs.

The best rental experience I've ever had. RentEasy has some of the most attentive staff, easy to get hold of, on top of absolutely everything in the quickest way possible. Had one minor issue upon move in and they had someone out the next morning to fix it. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience.
After countless attempts of trying to schedule walk throughs trying to get a rental to meet our needs and our budget, we were very lucky to find Sarah. The one time I called for a maintenance problem, Alex responded same day, and the issue was resolved within 24 hours.
